Navigate to the Library via the Page Navigation Menus on the left, and select Inclusions/Exclusions.
Now select a Company from the drop down in the top left hand side of the screen. Once you've selected a Company you will see a list of Inclusions/Exclusions associated with that Company. To view Inactive Inclusions/Exclusions, select the SHOW INACTIVE button on the right hand side of the screen.
Find the Inclusions/Exclusions you want to edit and select it, once selected a popup window will appear. Here you will see all the details relating to this Inclusion/Exclusion. Once you've edited/updated the Inclusion/Exclusion details. If you look in the bottom left hand corner of the popup window you will see the Active/Inactive slider. Click on it and set it to the option you want to set the current Inclusion/Exclusion to.
