Let's take a look at the User Tools Library.
This is where you can view, edit or create User Tools without affecting your current Project or BOQ's. Let's take a look at the different portions of this Menu.
First you can select an Existing User Tool, select Create Tool to create a brand new Tool or select View User Tools to view your entire User Tool Library (this option will leave the page so ensure you have saved all work before selecting this option).
If you select an Existing Tool you will then see the Tools details/settings appear below. Here you can adjust and change any settings relating to this Tool. Once you've finished updating these settings you can select the UPDATE TOOL button.
You'll also notice a "Set BOQ Details" check box as well, if you select this option a range of additional settings relating to this Tool will appear. Here you can change the Coating System, Rate/Unit, etc.
Below this will be the Colour settings, here you can search for a Brand and Colour which you can add to this Tool. It is not necessary to add a Colour to a Tool but if you're using a particular one frequently it might be worth creating a Tool with the Colour already assigned to it.
Once you've adjusted all the details/settings to what you want, just hit the UPDATE TOOL button and your User Tool will now be updated and ready for use!
