Understanding the Pages Menu

Updated over a year ago

Let's take a look at the Pages Menu.

In the Pages Menu, you can perform various actions such as uploading, editing, reordering, and viewing all the pages associated with your current Project. At the top of the menu, you'll find a Search Bar that allows you to quickly search for specific pages by their names. You can also add new pages by clicking the Add New Page button and adjust the order of pages using the Edit Order button.

The page you're currently on will be highlight by a blue outline around the Page Name, associated Sub-Location 1, the Settings button and thumbnail.

If you select the Settings button (small gears above and to the right of the thumbnail), you will see 3 separate options; Edit, Duplicate and Delete.

The Edit option allows you to make changes to the selected page, such as updating its name, modifying the Page, or adjusting other relevant details.

The Duplicate option enables you to create a copy of the page and all associated BOQ's, which can be useful when you want to replicate a similar layout or content structure without starting from scratch.

The Delete option allows you to remove the selected page from the project. Exercise caution when using this option as it permanently deletes the page and its associated data.
