Let's take a look at the Export Menu.
Within the Export Menu, you have various options to choose from. Let's explore each option and understand its purpose;
Export Canvas as Image – This option exports the current Page you're on as a .png image file.
Export All Pages as Image – This option exports all Pages as separate .png image files.
Export Page as PDF – This option exports the current Page you're on as a .pdf file.
Export All Pages as PDF – This option exports all Pages in order as a combined .pdf file.
Add Current Page to Tender – This option exports the current Page you're on as a .pdf file and adds it to the Tender Document. This allows you to quickly and easily combine it with other documents and generate a Quote to send to the Client.

Next we have a couple of checkbox options;
Include Annotations – Enabling this option ensures that any annotations you have created will be included in the export file. This is off by default.
Compress PDF(s) – Enabling this option will compress all .pdf exports to reduce file sizes. This is on by default.
