Understanding the Tasks Menu

Let's take a look at the Tasks Menu.

Here you will be able to assign Tasks to specific Pages that any User can view. Once a Task has been created you can assign an Annotation to is which allows you to add extra details or references on the Canvas relating to your note.

By selecting the checkbox next to a Task, you can cross that Task off, allowing you to utilizing the Task functionality as a checklist.

This feature enables efficient task management and collaboration among Users. You can assign and track tasks associated with specific pages, ensuring clarity and organization within your Project. Annotations allow you to provide context or further instructions related to the task, enhancing communication and understanding among team members.
