Navigate to the Library via the Page Navigation Menus on the left, and select Coating Systems.
Search for the Brand that the Products you're going to use for the Coating System is apart of, now select CREATE NEW COATING SYSTEM button that has appeared in the top left corner of the screen.
The first portion of creating a new Coating System is specific to the Coating System that you are adding in;
Code – This is the unique identifying Code that the Company uses for this particular Coating System.
Product – Select the main Product used with this Coating System.
Substrate – Select the Substrate that this particular Coating System is to be applied to.
Generate Title – This is the name you're giving to this specific Coating System.
Pro Tip
A title will be auto-generated based on the Product and Substrate selected but you can manually change it.
Next is the Charge-Out Rates, this is where you will add the rates for this particular Coating System based on State and EBA/Non-EBA.
Once you've finished with the rates you'll want to build out the actual Coating System. This is where you will assign which Products should be used, in which order, and which method of application too.
Finally is the Scope Of Works, this is where you will add any extra details/notes for this particular Coating System based around New Works, Previously Painted Works or any Application Notes.
