When you're in the Measure Tool, select the User Tools Library icon on the left hand side and select the VIEW USER TOOLS button. This will take you to your User Tools Library where you can view, edit, or deactivate your custom made Tools.
Firstly, find the Tool you wish to deactivate and click on it, this will open up a popup with all the details relating to this Tool. You'll notice a slider in the bottom left hand corner of the popup window, select that so it says Inactive. That Tool is now Inactive, simply select the UPDATE button in the bottom right of the popup to save the changes.
To Reactivate a Tool select the SHOW INACTIVE button in the top right hand corner of the User Tools Library, now all Inactive Tools will be displayed. Select the Inactive Tool you wish to Activate and a popup window will appear. You'll notice a slider in the bottom left hand corner of the popup window, select that so it says Active. That Tool is now Active, simply select the UPDATE button in the bottom right of the popup to save the changes.
