Once you've created a BOQ you can always adjust the visual style/details and height at any time. To do that you'll want to select BOQ in the layer section and then click on the BOQ Tool in the top left hand corner.
Here you will see a range of details relating to the current BOQ you have selected including; Name, Line Weight, Colour, etc.
Any details you change here will only affect the currently selected BOQ.
Once you've made your changes you have the option to save this Tool as a brand new User Tool in your User Library. At the bottom of the BOQ Tool Menu you will see a SAVE TO USER TOOLS button, select this button and a popup window will appear, review all the details and ensure all the details are correct. Once you've done that select the CREATE button and your new Tool is ready for use and saved in your User Tools Library.
Another alternative is to use the Populate Fields From User Tool at the top of the BOQ Tool screen. Here you can search for an already existing Tool within your Library, when you select from an existing Tool you will see a popup appear asking you to confirm which option you would prefer.
If you APPLY TOOL, this will only apply the visual aspects of the selected Tool.
If you choose to APPLY TOOL AND OVERRIDE BOQ DATA this will not only override the visual aspects but it will also update the Coating System, Rates and other relevant BOQ Data.
