Create/Edit Annotations

Updated over a year ago

Annotations can be a very powerful tool, this is where you can create things such as Call Outs, Free Text, etc. to help highlight or make notes. Let's see how we can do this!

First, to be able to create/edit Annotations we have to select the Toggle Edit Annotation button. To do this simply click the button on the left hand side of the Layers section.

Once you've selected this you will see that the Annotations Tools on the Toolbar become active, you can now create or edit any existing Annotations.

The Tools are as follows;

1 – Free Text – This allows you to draw a rectangle and write a note within said rectangle.

2 – Point To Point – This allows you to draw a Point To Point line. You can also close the Shape to create a Highlighted Area.

3 – Rectangle – This allows you to draw a Rectangle Shape which can be manipulated universally.

4 – Ellipse – This allows you to draw an Ellipse Shape.

5 – Call Out – This allows you to place 2 points which will create an arrow which leads a Rectangle Shape where you can write a note within.

Once you've finished creating or making any edits to your Annotations, select the Toggle Edit Annotation button to be able to select and continue to edit your Markups.
