Let's take a look at a Projects Overview page and break down what each component does.
Let's take a look at the first section. Here you can see a number of important details relating to the current Status of a Project. In the top left is the Project # and Project Title. You can use either of these to search for the Project on the Search Projects page.
Below that is the Status of the Project, this is to represent what stage the Project is currently at. You can choose from Target, Declined, Active, Quote Ready, Quote Approved, Submitted, Won, Lost.
To the right is the Due Date. This will display how many days until the Project is due or how many days the Project is overdue.
Next is a brief overview of the your business Revenue and Profit on this Project. You can also see the Win Probability which is manually set by a User based on their interactions with the Client on the Project.
Below that is your Budget, Scope and Upcoming Deadlines.
The Budget is a high level breakdown of the key factors for this Project. Here you will see the Revenue, how much Profit you will make, Labour, Material and Access Costs.
Next to that is the Scope, this is where you can see roughly how long it will take to complete the Project, how many Litres of Materials and the Total m2.
At the end is the Upcoming Deadlines, here you can see particular key dates relating to the Project.
The next set of tiles is the Project Details, Sales Details and Site/Address.
In the Project Details you will see a number of key details for the Project including, the default Division, your Company, Win Probability, Materials/Was/Consumables Mark-Up as well as GST. These all can be manually changed.
Next is the Sales Details, this is where you can list where/how you came across this Project and assign certain team members to the Project.
At the end of this set is the Site/Address of the Project, this is where the physical location of the Project is.
The next portion is the Key Dates and Clients relating to this Project.
With the Key Dates you can quickly see all the important dates relating to this Project such as when the Quote was Started and Finished, when the Client is making a decision and the Project is expected to Start and Finish.
Next are the Clients related to this Project, you can have multiple Clients listed if you are Tendering for multiple Clients.
The next section of the Overview Page is the Materials, here you can see all the Colours, Coating Systems, Products and Suppliers that have been listed within this Project.
The first portion is Colours, here you can see all the Colours and a small preview of what the Colour looks like*.
Next you will see all of the Coating Systems that have been created within the Project and

The final portion of the Overview Page is the Summary Section. Here you can see a quick summary breaking down each of the main portions for the Projects costings vs how much you're charging, Discount, Price including Tax, and total Labour Hours.
You can also quickly export a Project's Summary to an Excel spreadsheet via the Export Summary button.
