Sometimes Project details change and you need to adjust or completely remove items from your quote. If this happens let's take a look at how we can Deactivate and Active BOQ's.
To Deactivate a Charge find the Charge(s) you wish to Deactivate and select them by selecting the Tick Box. Once you've done that navigate to the Toolbar above and select the Deactivate button. You can also Deactivate entire Sub-Locations or multiple Charges at once by selecting the Tick Box next to the Sub-Location header or by selecting multiple Charges at once.
If you need to Activate a Charge or if you accidentally Deactivate a Charge simply select the Show Filters button in the Toolbar and where it says View, change it to Show All and select the Filter button.
Now all Inactive Charges will be displayed in Red text. Find the Charge or Sub-Location you wish to Reactivate and select the Tick Box next to it. once you've done this go to the Toolbar and find the Activate button and select it.
Your Charges are now all set and you're ready to keep on quoting!
