Create a Project Version

Project Versions are a great way to document different options or changes for a Project. Let's take a look at how to create a Project Version.

First, navigate to the Project Navigation Menu on the left hand side of your screen, locate and select the 'Versions' menu.

Here you will see all the Versions (if any) that you've created for the current Project you're on. To create a new Version, simply click the CREATE PROJECT VERSION button.

Here you will see a Pop-up window appear, type in the Version Message/Title that you wish to give the current Version and select the Submit button.

Now you will see your new Version appear. You can see the Message/Title, when it was create, who created it and the value of that Version. You can also Restore this version or if it is no longer valid you can Deactivate that Project Version.

Effectively managing Project Versions allows you to maintain a clear and organized record of your project's progression and alternative scenarios.
