How you cancel depends on where you originally subscribed. Here's how it works for each.
If you subscribed through iOS or Android
You can start the cancellation directly from the Palteca app:
Open the Palteca app
Tap You in the bottom right corner
Tap the gear icon in the top right to open Settings
At the top, tap Manage Membership
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the steps
When you tap to cancel, the app will automatically take you to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) to complete the cancellation, since Apple and Google manage subscriptions on their platforms directly.
Once you've completed the steps in the store, your subscription will remain active until the end of billing period and it won't renew at the end of your current billing period. You'll keep access to Palteca until then.
Important: Cancel at least 24 hours
If you're on a free trial (or a discounted trial subscription) and you don't want to be charged, you'll need to cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
And if you have an active subscription, the same rule applies the next billing cycle begins.
Otherwise, your subscription will automatically renew.
This 24-hour requirement is set by Apple and Google, not by Palteca β it applies to all apps on the App Store and Play Store, and we unfortunately don't have any control over it. You can read more on Apple's support page.
If you subscribed through the web
Web subscriptions can be canceled using the link in your welcome email.
Look for the cancellation link in the email and follow the instructions
