If you still need to chat with someone, then click on the button in the bottom right or go to https://intercom.help/pampam/en/, to chat with a team member.

Support expectations

We're a small team! That means you will get very direct support, but we ask for your patience.

Our customer support times are Weekdays, M-F 9am -5pm. Outside of those hours, you can chat with our support bot, Fin. When we're online, we usually reply within the same day. For faster help, let us know what issue you are having right away.

It can take us 2-3 days to resolve most issues.
