If you’ve accidentally deleted your map or PamPam account, we’re really sorry — but there’s no way to restore it.
When something is deleted in PamPam, it’s permanently removed from our system. There’s no undo button, and unfortunately, we can’t bring it back on our side either.
Why We Can’t Recover Deleted Maps or Accounts
PamPam doesn’t keep backups of deleted content. This means:
Once a map is deleted, all spots, notes, and settings are gone.
Once an account is deleted, all maps in that account are gone.
We can’t “undelete” or restore the data, even if you contact us right away.
What You Can Do Next Time
To avoid losing work in the future, we recommend:
Export your map as a CSV: Save a copy of your data to your computer, or export it as a CSV and them upload it to Google Sheets.
Copy your map to another account: This gives you a backup version you can access elsewhere.
If you’re working with a large data set: Keep it saved as a CSV file so you can re-import it at any time.
💡 Tip: Think of deleting a map or account like shredding a piece of paper — once it’s gone, it’s gone for good. Keeping a CSV is like keeping a photocopy in your drawer, just in case.
