We understand that different business owners like to collect different information on their contacts, which is why we have added 'custom fields' to our Contacts. 

To create a new custom field, simple type in the title of the field (i.e. Company) and then the value (i.e. Pamtree) and then save that contact. 

Custom fields are unique to each contact. This way you don't end up with contacts with lots of empty fields. You only see data you have collected on each contact.

You can add as many custom fields as you like for each contact.
