How to sync grades into a school LMS

Instructions for syncing grades from panOpen to a school LMS.

  1. Go to your class and click on the "Book Analysis" tab of the book whose grades you want to synchronize.


  2. Expand the chapters' content using the plus icon and locate the activities to synchronize.

  3. You will see that these activities are accompanied by a small icon of curved arrows in gray color, which will mean that the "Sync grades" option is not active for those quizzes, to activate it, click on that icon, and it will change to green.

  4. Once the "Sync grades" option, for a specific activity, has been enabled, a counter will display the exact number of questions per chapter that will be synchronized with the school LMS. Finally, click on the "Sync Grade" green button and the process will be completed.

  5. To disable the "Sync grades" process for an activity, just click the green icon again and a pop-up will ask you to save the changes.


    Keep in mind, each synchronized activity will appear as a specific column in the school LMS. Thus, if three activities have been synchronized, the LMS will reflect three columns with information, and so on.
