✅ Requirements

  • A verified PayPal account.

  • An active Pana account in good standing with a U.S. routing number and account number.
Find these in the Pana app: Add Money → Bank Account.

  • A stable internet connection for accessing both platforms.

🔄 Steps to Link and Transfer

  1. Log into your PayPal account (via web or mobile app).

  2. Navigate to the Wallet section.

  3. Select Link Bank Manually.

  4. Choose account type: Checking.

  5. Enter the Routing Number and Account Number from your Pana app.

  6. Verify and confirm your details to complete the linking process.

  7. Once linked, return to the Wallet section.

  8. Click Transfer Money and select Send to Bank.

  9. Choose your Pana account as the destination.

  10. Enter the transfer amount and review the details.

  11. Confirm the transaction to initiate the transfer.

💡 Verifying Your Pana Account

If PayPal requires verification via micro-deposits:

  • For Pana US accounts: Check your Recent Transactions in the Pana app to find the micro-deposits.

  • For Pana accounts outside the U.S.: Go to Profile → Bank Verifications to confirm the deposits.

  • Enter the micro-deposit amounts in PayPal to complete verification.

⏱️ Processing Time

  • Transfers from PayPal to Pana typically take 1–3 business days.

  • You’ll receive a notification in the Pana app when the funds are available.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Ensure the name on your PayPal account matches the name on your Pana account to avoid delays.

  • Transfers must be in U.S. dollars (USD).

  • Some Pana customers have reported difficulties connecting their PayPal accounts. Depending on the specific characteristics of your PayPal account (e.g., country, tenure, or type—business or individual), PayPal may prompt you to enter the partner bank's internet banking details or indicate that the connection is not currently possible. You do not need to connect to the partner bank. These prompts are challenges on PayPal’s side and relate to how they interpret our partner bank. Some customers have succeeded by trying again after a couple of days.
