How to add money to your Pana Account from Chase

You can easily transfer funds from your Chase bank account to your Pana account using an ACH transfer

✅ What You Need

  • A Pana account with a U.S. Routing Number and Account Number

  • An active Chase checking account with access to Chase Online or Chase Mobile

  • Matching names on both accounts (recommended)

🔍 To locate your Pana banking details:
Go to the Pana app → Add MoneyBank Transfer

🔄 How to Add Your Pana Account in Chase

  1. Log in to Chase Online or open the Chase Mobile app

  2. Tap Pay & Transfer > External Accounts > Add an External Account

  3. Enter the following Pana account information:

    • Account holder name (as shown in your Pana profile)

    • Routing Number (from the Pana app)

    • Account Number (from the Pana app)

    • Account type: Checking

  4. Chase may send two small trial deposits to verify the account

  5. In 1–2 business days, log back in and confirm the deposit amounts to complete the setup

💵 How to Transfer Funds

Once your Pana account is linked:

  1. Go to Pay & Transfer > Schedule Transfer

  2. Select your Chase account as the source

  3. Select your Pana account as the destination

  4. Enter the amount to transfer

  5. Choose the transfer date and confirm

⏱️ How Long Does It Take?

  • ACH transfers from Chase typically take 1–3 business days

  • You’ll receive a notification in your Pana app once the funds are available

  • ✅ Use ACH transfers in USD

  • ❌ Don’t use wire transfers — Pana only supports ACH
