✅ What You Need
A Pana account with a U.S. Routing Number and Account Number
An active Chase checking account with access to Chase Online or Chase Mobile
Matching names on both accounts (recommended)
🔍 To locate your Pana banking details:
Go to the Pana app → Add Money
→ Bank Transfer
🔄 How to Add Your Pana Account in Chase
Log in to Chase Online or open the Chase Mobile app
Tap Pay & Transfer > External Accounts > Add an External Account
Enter the following Pana account information:
Account holder name (as shown in your Pana profile)
Routing Number (from the Pana app)
Account Number (from the Pana app)
Account type: Checking
Chase may send two small trial deposits to verify the account
In 1–2 business days, log back in and confirm the deposit amounts to complete the setup
💵 How to Transfer Funds
Once your Pana account is linked:
Go to Pay & Transfer > Schedule Transfer
Select your Chase account as the source
Select your Pana account as the destination
Enter the amount to transfer
Choose the transfer date and confirm
⏱️ How Long Does It Take?
ACH transfers from Chase typically take 1–3 business days
You’ll receive a notification in your Pana app once the funds are available
⚠️ Tips to Avoid Issues
✅ Use ACH transfers in USD
❌ Don’t use wire transfers — Pana only supports ACH
✅ Ensure your account name matches to prevent rejection
