How to enable your International Features

Steps on how you could activate your International Features like your International calling and International Roaming

Note: Currently, International Calling and Roaming are available exclusively for customers on our Unlimited and Unlimited Plus plans.

Steps to enable International Roaming or International Calling

  1. Log in to your portal.

  2. On the landing page, 'view details’ > ‘manage’, then under ‘Your Plan’, look for Roaming or International calling and activate the service you need. That’ll automatically trigger a message to us so we can enable your international roaming or international calling.

    Just a quick heads-up: Your international roaming currently includes the following per month:

    Talk: 500 minutes

    Text: 500 messages

    Data: 1 GB

    Note: International Roaming add-on expires on the same day your regular plan ends. They do not renew automatically, so you'll need to follow the steps in the portal to trigger a message and enable your roaming feature.
