Tip: To conserve your wireless data, always use a Wi-Fi connection when available!

For customers on an Unlimited Plus or Unlimited plans, your data will be throttled for the remaining portion of your billing cycle. You will not lose data connectivity, just notice slightly slower speeds.

At the moment the throttle speed is 512kbps for Unlimited Plus or Unlimited plans. You'll still be able to surf the web and stream low-definition videos.

Very few of our Unlimited Plus customers hit 30GB in a month, which is enough data to stream around 60 hours of SD or 15 hours of HD video.

For the Starter and Light plans, once you’ve used your wireless data allowance—6GB for Starter and 3GB for Light—you will lose data connectivity.

At the moment, when increasing your data, you need to reach out to support for assistance. To do this, log in to your portal, locate your line, and click the “+” to expand and manage it. Selecting this action will trigger a message to us, and from there, we will help you complete the process.
