Tip: To conserve your wireless data, always use a Wi-Fi connection when available!

For customers on an Unlimited Plus or Unlimited plans, your data will be throttled for the remaining portion of your billing cycle. You will not lose data connectivity, just notice slightly slower speeds.

At the moment the throttle speed is 512kbps for Unlimited Plus or Unlimited plans. You'll still be able to surf the web and stream low-definition videos.

Very few of our Unlimited Plus customers hit 30GB in a month, which is enough data to stream around 60 hours of SD or 15 hours of HD video.

For the Starter and Light plans, once you’ve used your wireless data allowance—6GB for Starter and 3GB for Light—you will lose data connectivity.

Add more data or check your usage to date: You can top off your data or check the amount of data used anytime by logging in to your customer account. After logging in, the first screen will display the amount of data used and when your data renews. On this same screen, you can select Add Data and select your top off amount. You can also upgrade your plan anytime
