Many customers found ink marks on the shoes when they received. Although it is not shown in the QC photos when arrive warehouse, it will make us disappointed with the shoes received.

Why are there ink marks on the shoes🧐

We consulted many shoes sellers, and got reply that ink marks were used to help make shoes during the production process. Each pair of shoes will have such marks, which can be removed, so this is normal and not a quality issue. Please don't worry too much.

How to do if ink marks found🤔

① Remove it by using the hot air of the hair dryer

The sellers indicated that at low temperature, the ink marks will appear. So we can use the hot air of the hair dryer to make the ink marks disappear when the temperature becomes high.

② Remove it by using alcohol

If the hot air of the hair dryer not worked , we can use alcohol to wipe the places with ink marks, which can also make the ink marks disappear

Since all shoes sellers believe that this mark can be removed and is not a quality issue, the seller does not provide after-sales service for such ink marks. If you encounter this problem, please follow the above methods.🤞

If the pen marks cant be removed, please provide the video of removing the ink marks using the above two methods for the after-sales colleague to help you.
