How Does Account Locking Work?
Pandar implements a security protocol that locks accounts after 7 failed login attempts. Your account will be temporarily locked for 1 hour. After the hour passes, you can try again.
How to Unlock Your Account:
Reset Your Password:
If you've forgotten your password, follow these steps:
1. Click on "Forgot password" on the app login page.
2. Enter your registered email address.
3. Click on "Proceed."
4. Check your email for a verification code.
5. Enter the code on the app.
6. Create a new password.
7. Click on "Set password."
Reset Your Transaction PIN:
If you've forgotten your transaction PIN, follow these steps:
1. Open the Pandar app and go to settings.
2. Select "Change transaction PIN."
3. Verify your number using the OTP sent to your registered email and phone number.
4. Enter your new PIN.
5. Confirm the new PIN.
6. Click on "Reset PIN."
Forgot Your Email Address:
If you have forgotten your email address, contact Pandar's support team for assistance in changing it.
Incorrect OTP:
If you're experiencing issues with your OTP, please verify it against the code sent to your registered device. Ensure you're entering the correct digits.
