When the BTC sent to your Pandar wallet does not reflect, the first thing you need to do is track it.

Follow these steps to track the BTC sent to your Pandar wallet:

  1. Visit the Blockchain Explorer website via www.blockchain.com/explorer

  2. Copy and paste your Pandar wallet address on the search icon, and submit.

  3. Click on BTC Address.

  4. The result will display your wallet transaction history, and with this, you will know the status of your transaction.

    • If it shows the circle sign pointed out in the image, that means it is still processing on the blockchain.

FAQS

  • Why is my Bitcoin (BTC) deposit showing processing?

There can be several reasons why your deposit status is "processing":

  1. Your Bitcoin transaction fee might be too small

  2. There might be blockchain network congestion, thus, you have to wait for all the necessary confirmations from the Bitcoin network.

Pandar does not determine the speed of Bitcoin transactions; it depends on the current congestion of the blockchain and the Transaction Fee (also known as Mining or Miner Fee) the sender paid. Kindly note that Pandar cannot speed up the confirmation process.

Your BTC balance will reflect in your wallet immediately after confirmation is completed on the blockchain.

You can follow the steps above to track your BTC to keep track of the status.

  • If the Bitcoin I sent is below 0.0001 BTC, will I still receive it?

Sadly, deposits below 0.0001 BTC will not reflect in your wallet. Always ensure to send 0.0001 BTC and above to your wallet.

  • If it shows the arrow sign as pointed out in the image, that means the transaction has been completed on the blockchain.

  • If your deposit is confirmed in the blockchain but you still haven't received it, you can contact us with your deposit info so we can help.

    Send us:

    • Your Pandar wallet address

    • A screenshot of the transaction

Send this to us via our official Instagram account or in-app support on the mobile app.
