When you create your profile, you will have picked an organisation to be assigned to.
Users at the organisation you selected will populate the Pando directory but you can search for health professionals outside of this by searching in "other organisations".
How do I change my Organisation?
From the Chats Homepage,
Click ‘Settings’ at the bottom right corner of the screen
Click Profile > Organisation
Search for the organisation you would like to change to
Select it and save!
If you cannot find the organisation you are looking for, then please get in touch at support@hellopando.com or on our website support chat and we can add it to your Pando network.
