Why can’t I log into Pantone Connect?

Please note, we have two ‘main’ accounts for Pantone. We have our Pantone.com accounts which are used for purchase of physical Pantone guides, samples and products as well as registration of these products.

We also have Pantone Connect, which is our digital platform for accessing Pantone colors and tools for digital workflows. This is available as a web app, mobile app and Extension for Adobe CC programs.

If receiving an error message stating "The account sign-in was incorrect or your account is disabled temporarily. Please wait and try again later", you are likely attempting to log into the Pantone.com account (for registration and physical guide purchases) whereas you are wanting to access the Pantone Connect platform on your desktop you would login here
