Pantone Connect subscriptions can be cancelled from within the Pantone Connect account (when signed in) or from your Account page.
When logged into Pantone Connect you can cancel your subscription in the User Menu of Pantone Connect. This is accessible when logged into Pantone Connect and clicking on your initials in the upper right corner. Selecting "Subscription" will display the option to Manage or Cancel your subscription. If you cancel your subscription, you will still have a Pantone Connect Basic account that you can use free of charge when the current subscription period ends.
You can also access your account directly from here. This will ask you to enter the email address associated with the account and send you an email to click and access your account to Manage or Cancel the subscription.
