If you are unsuccessful with the above instructions, visit and download the Pantone Connect ZXP file from here and install the ZXP with Anastasiy's Extension Manager: https://install.anastasiy.com/
After downloading Pantone Connect, you will need to close and restart your Adobe application. After restart, go to Window--Extensions--Pantone Connect to open the extension.
