To increase the number of seats for your Pantone Connect Multi-Seat (Team) license this can be done from within the Pantone Connect License Management portal by a license administrator, found here.

Within the portal, you will see the SUBSCRIPTION tab on the left. Selecting this will display your current active subscription along with the option to INCREASE LICENSE button. Selecting this will re-direct you to your account details.

This will display your active subscription listed with option to MANAGE. Selecting MANAGE will display the options of managing this subscription including MODIFY SUBSCRIPTION. Please select this option.

This will show the current number of seats you have. Here you can update the number of seats you wish to have. Note that this is the total amount of seats. For example, if you currently have 10 seats but want to add 5, you will want to enter 15 seats (total amount of seats) and update. This will display the prorated cost of adding the 5 seats to your initial 10 based on where in your subscription period you are.
