Pantone Connect licensing is available as an individual license or multi-seat license.

The individual licenses are directly associated to the email address of the Pantone Connect account used during purchase. All communications and notifications such as invoices, renewal reminders, etc will be sent to this email address.

The Pantone Connect Multi-Seat (Team) licensing is concurrent in that the licenses are activated based on an organizations domain(s) and not directly assigned to an individual’s email. The reasoning behind this is based on feedback from our beta that the need to consistently change who a license is assigned to in the case someone leaves an organization, is out of the office or an individual does not always need a license. The licenses are “floating” among users to allow maximum access to the seats within the organization. When a user becomes dormant (inactive or signs out) for one hour, this seat becomes available within the organization for another user.

NOTE: The Pantone Connect Multi-Seat licenses are setup by the administrator(s) of the subscription. The email used during purchase is directly associated with the license as the main administrator. The option to add Co-Admins is available when setting up the license.
