How do I send or withdraw money to my wallets or local bank accounts?

  1. Log into your Parallax account and click on [Link a new account] under Linked Accounts

  2. Choose your account type: Local currency account, or Crypto wallet

    1. Local currency account:

      1. Add your Bank Details or E-wallet details

      2. Input your Bank name and Account number

    b. Crypto wallet

    i. Select a chain and paste your wallet address

3. Once your accounts have been linked, go to [Send]

4. Choose your preferred bank account or wallet in the dropdown and click [Next]. Confirm your amount and details and you’re all set.
