How do I Search for a Specific Order?

Using Parcelizer's search feature to find orders that match certain attributes

Parcelizer's search feature allows you to quickly find specific orders without having to sift through a long list of transactions, saving you valuable time and keeping you organized.

Clicking on the [Filter] button on the Orders Listing page (https://dashboard.parcelizer.com/orders) lets you filter for orders that match these search criteria:

Field

Notes

Type

Single stop or pickup and delivery.

Order ID

Order reference number automatically assigned when the order is created.

Status

One of: draft, error, geocoding, unassigned, assigned, unscheduled, going next, skipped, pickup arrived, pickup completed, pickup failed, collected, in transit, delivery arrived, completed and failed.

Pickup

Name, address, date and phone fields.

Delivery

Name, address, date and phone fields.

Labels

User generated labels tagged to the order.

After pressing [Apply], all orders that match your selected criteria are shown below.

Clicking [Reset] clears your selection and returns you to the default view that shows all orders saved to your account.
