You may cancel your ParentTV subscription at any time by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to your ParentTV account and navigate to 'My Account'


  2. Once there, navigate to Subscription Details

  3. There you'll find your most recent subscription as well as previously paid subscription invoices. On the most recent subscription, you'll be able to select 'Cancel' on your subscription.


  4. If you're sure you want to cancel, select "Yes, I'm sure".


  5. That's all there is to it! If there's ever a point where you would like us to reach out to you again, be sure to let us know! In the meantime, we'll miss you!
