It's obvious, but at gated locations, you need to open a gate or barrier to drive in and out. This is how you do it:
With the help of our app
When you're in front of the barrier of your booked car park you open the app
Go to parking sessions and click on 'Start parking session'
Now confirm you're in front of the right entrance and tap on 'open entry'
Simply drive in when the gate or barrier is completely opened.
If the gate doesn't open, you can press the 'Retry' button at the bottom.
Without the app
Open your confirmation email and tap on "Open access page"
You can find the access link also in the SMS you'll receive 1.5 hours before your booking starts. Or go to my bookings, to retrieve your access link.
Tap on "Open Entry"
Confirm that you are at the correct entrance and wait for the gate to open
Or select which gate you want to open, if the location has multiple entries.
Drive in and park
If the gate doesn't open, you can press the "Retry opening" button at the bottom. In case the gate doesn't open after retrying, you could be at the wrong location. Check the instructions for your booking.
When it's time to leave, tap on 'Exit by Car' to open the vehicle exit gate
Make sure you are at the indicated ParkBee vehicle exit.
