1. Open the ParkBee app, go to 'My Account' and then click on 'Account'.

2. Under subscriptions, you will see your chosen subscriptions. To cancel your subscription, click 'Cancel'.

3. When you cancel your subscription, you will immediately receive a confirmation e-mail.

What happens now?

You can use your subscription until the end of the paid period. The exact date can be found in the cancellation confirmation email you receive.

Would you like to use your subscription again later? Then go to our website and take out a new subscription; you can activate it with your existing account.
