We're sorry to hear there are no parking spaces available and you're not able to park at your ParkBee location. This could happen in two situations:
You're in front of the barrier
If you're part of a Community you will then see a notification that there are no available parking spaces in your Community at that time. You could start a paid session by scanning the QR code on the ParkBee sign next to the entrance. If that's not possible, you will need to park your car somewhere else.
You're inside the car park
If you're already inside the car park and there are no physical spaces free at the location:

Please ask your Community manager to contact the property manager or ParkBee directly. They will be able to sort out how this could have happened.
Personal subscription
Please contact our support team via support@parkbee.com. In case you had to park and pay somewhere else, they will be able to refund you for the extra costs and sort out how this could have happened.
