Compensation policy during emergencies

Sometimes things don't go as planned. That's why we've updated our terms of use to include a clear policy on how we handle compensation if you're ever stuck in one of our garages due to an outage. Below is a breakdown of the reimbursements you may be entitled to, depending on how long it takes for you to exit the garage after reporting the issue.

Compensation policy:

  • Exit within 30 minutes
    If you can leave the garage within 30 minutes after your call for assistance, we will fully refund your booking.

  • Exit within 30-60 minutes
    If it takes between 30 and 60 minutes to exit after your call, you will receive a full refund of your booking, plus an additional €/£15 for food or drink reimbursement.

  • Exit within 60-120 minutes
    If you are able to exit between 60 and 120 minutes after your call, you will receive a full refund of your booking, plus €/£25 for food, drink, or other travel-related expenses.

  • Exit after more than 120 minutes
    If it takes longer than 120 minutes to leave the garage, you will receive a full refund of your booking, plus €/£50 to cover food, accommodation, or travel-related expenses.
