The Resident Data Manager lets property managers upload and manage resident information in bulk. Use it to import a full rent-roll from a CSV, update existing records, and keep lease information current — all from one place.
This is the recommended tool for any property that needs to keep their resident list in sync with an external property management system, or for any rent-roll change involving more than a handful of residents.
Steps
Log in to your ParkingPass account.
From the left-hand navigation menu, select Resident Data Manager.
Download the CSV template (optional). The template provides the correct column structure for a successful import.
Upload your resident file. Drag and drop your completed CSV file into the upload area.
Confirm the column mapping. Review how each column from your CSV file maps to the system fields. Common fields include:
Address
Building
First Name
Last Name
Email
Phone Number
Lease Expiration
Future Move-Out Date
Future Move-In Date
Review imported records. Once the upload is processed, review the resident entries and make any necessary adjustments before finalizing.
Confirm the import. Finalize the import to add or update the residents in your system.
💡 Tip: If your file doesn't upload successfully, verify it's saved as a CSV (.csv) file and that the column headers match the template format.
