At Parkn'Sleep, pitches cannot be reserved in advance. A booking (check-in) only happens as soon as the vehicle is parked on the corresponding pitch. By checking in, the camper accepts the local conditions on site and the terms of use of Parkn'Sleep.

A "check-in" is carried out in the bottom area of the specific pitch listing.

After a successful check-in procedure, the remaining parking time and the total amount will be displayed. Your stay will also be displayed in the overview Check-In's > Current stay.

Choose the number of days you would like to stay. The maximum number of days that can be selected is given by the host.

The system day change is at 04:00. For arriving vehicles before 04:00 the stay is valid until 12:00. For arriving vehicles after 04:00 the following night counts automatically.

The real-time availability view reflects the vehicles that are currently checked in. It is considered a forecast and is not binding. However, the host has the task of keeping the sites free as required. On-site signage indicates this to arriving vehicles.

In case of an advance check-in without standing on the pitch, for example on the outward journey, Parkn'Sleep or the host does not assume any responsibility or costs, should the pitch be inaccessible or not meet the expectations for any reason.

Regular check-out (automatic): No action required. Leave the site at 12 noon. You will be checked out automatically. (A review can be done in Settings> Check-In's> Past Stays>).

Manual Check-Out (early departure): The "Check-Out" is done manually at the time of departure. The cost of the days that you have already paid for will be fully refunded.

Tip: Do the check-out before 12 noon to get the refund for the current day.
