The live availability display of pitches is one of the main features and fundamentally differentiates Parkn'Sleep from traditional reservation platforms.

Parkn'Sleep is aimed at spontaneous travelers: Pitches cannot be pre-booked. This has the advantage that you as a pitch operator do not necessarily have to be on site. Inquiries, cancellations and other booking efforts are completely omitted. Once the availability has been set, the pitch can be managed without effort via the check-in point.

Important: Settings are always applied in real time. This allows adjustments to be made at short notice at any time.

The live availability display shows the camper if he can drive to the site and how many sites are still available.

In the map search, the sites are displayed using different colored pins:

If the pin is selected, you will see the pitch details with the exact availability on site (ex. 6/6)

In the menu Parking Spots you will find the view of your pitches. With the button you can pause the respective pitch for the season. If a pitch is paused, "Seasonally closed" is displayed. Campers can no longer check in. Only pause the site if you do not want to receive campers for a longer period of time (more than one week). For recurring pausing of individual weekdays, you can use the weekday setting (explained below).

In the menu Parking spots > Edit > Additional info > the number of single pitches can be adjusted. We recommend that you initially specify fewer pitches than are actually available on site. For example, if reservations are still being accepted at the same time or simply to avoid overcrowding the pitch.

Important: On-site availability must be guaranteed at all times - campers rely on this when they arrive.

In the menu Parking spots > Edit > Attributes > the availability on individual weekdays can be set.

If the check mark is set, the site appears as a green pin (Available) or depending on the occupancy (yellow or red). Campers can approach the site normally and check in on site.

f the check mark is removed, the site appears as a gray pin (closed today). Campers cannot longer check in.

The planning of availabilities based on an annual calendar is planned for the end of season 2022. We are currently developing this, thank you for your patience.
