As soon as a camper has checked in on the pitch, you as the host will be informed by e-mail about the arrival / onsite-booking.
Checked-in vehicles (bookings) can now be easily checked and processed via the control function "Parked vehicles" in the settings. Information such as arrival times, vehicle license plate, driver's name and phone number are displayed.
The currently parked vehicles are listed according to arrival time. Parked vehicles can thus be processed manually on site by means of a checkbox.
New vehicle appears at the top of the list with an empty checkbox.
We recommend random checks on site as part of normal parking management.
Departing vehicles disappear from this list, no matter if they were checked or not. The checkbox is considered as a manual help for parking management and does not influence the automatic process.
