Connect payout data

As soon as you have successfully registered as a host, you can deposit your payout data in a few steps.

1 Go to your account overview and select payment details.

As long as "Not verified" is displayed here, the details are not yet complete.

2 Select if you are a private account, business or non-profit organization. Click "Add your payment details".

3 Follow the instructions of our payment provider Stripe-Connect. For private accounts, have your identity card and IBAN number ready.

For company accounts you need the company tax number. You can find this in the public company register like Moneyhouse etc. Just enter the search term "company name + company tax number" in Google.

Please note: If your organization does not have a corporate tax number (e.g. municipalities abroad), please select "Private providers".

4 If all data has been entered correctly, the display changes to "Verified".

If you want to change or complete your payout details or even reset the account type, you can do so now under "Payment details".

Pay out income

After you have successfully created and verified your Stripe account, you are now ready to withdraw your earnings.

1 To do so, log in to your profile and click on Dashboard in the top right Menu.

2 Your personal dashboard will open. Click on Financials to view your income.

Here you will find an overview of all your earnings as well as your payout history. You can also download the overview as a PDF or Excel file at the top right.

3 As soon as you have reached a balance of 20 EUR/CHF, you can withdraw your money to your private account using the button at the top right. The withdrawals are carried out manually by you.
