My credit card does not work or the payment is not saved in the system

Here are the steps you need to follow as a camper

1 - Go to Payment in the overview

2 - Enter your details: (All cards accepted by Stripe)

P.S.: Check that your name matches the card, the card number also, and the CVC number (the number on the back of the card).

3 - Check if your bank wants your consent

4 - After this process, the data should be stored in the system and appear like this

5 - If it does not work, please check your account balance. With a debit card (prepaid) it will not work if there is not enough balance.

6 - If the problem is not solved, please restart the Parkn'Sleep application and try again.
