Parkn'Sleep offers in the mobile app the option to top up your own credit or give vouchers to your loved ones.
Top up your credit
You have the possibility to top up your own credit in CHF or EUR without having to deposit a credit card. This allows you to use the same currency as your topped up credit on all Parkn'Sleep sites.
You can use your credit via code entry until it is used up. Your remaining credit will be credited to the next payment.
Buy credit
To buy credit, go to Settings > Payment > Credit and vouchers in the mobile app and select "Buy prepaid credit".
Important: There are no refunds on credit. The credit cannot be exchanged for other currencies.
Deposit credit/vouchers
To do this, go to Settings > Payment > Credit and vouchers in the mobile app and select "Add credit" or "Add voucher".
Use credit/vouchers
Additionally select your deposited credit/voucher code directly at check-in and check the reduction in the total amount.
Giving vouchers as a gift
Spontaneous camping adventures are much sought-after, and they're only really fun when the perfect place to spend the night is waiting for you in the evening. Give your loved ones a Parkn'Sleep voucher. It can be used on all sites in 23 European countries.
