The Camper Card Unlimited is an annual pitch card. It is offered exclusively in digital form. With the Camper Card Unlimited from Parkn'Sleep, registered users can stay overnight free of charge on all listed host pitches on parknsleep.app. The Camper Card Unlimited can be purchased for CHF 449 directly on our website or from contractual partners. A minimum age of 18 years is required.

The reduced price only applies to the host's accommodation costs. Tourism taxes or additional services are not covered by the Camper Card Unlimited.

The personal code can be used in the check-in process on arrival on site. The pitch price is then shown as 0 CHF. Any tourism tax is levied by the local municipality and remains in the total price.

Parkn'Sleep will pay the host the accommodation fee in any case, even if it has been reduced by the use of the annual pass. Therefore, early booking of the places without being on site itself is not allowed and is considered a no-show. The number of nights booked must be spent on site, otherwise they are also considered a no-show. A no-show is abusive in case of repetition and can be charged additionally to the ticket holder.

The maximum length of stay on a pitch is 3 days, unless the host specifies a lower maximum length of stay. The Camper Card Unlimited may be used for a maximum of 7 nights per year with the same host.

The Camper Card Unlimited is personal and not transferable to other people. As soon as the code is used for the first time, the user is connected. Should the code be used by another user, the validity will automatically expire.

Misuse is when a booking is made for enrichment. For example, if the camper and host collude for this purpose or if the camper and host are the same person. Any action that results in financial or material damage to parknsleep AG or its users is also abusive. It is also abusive if places are booked without being on site.

Abusive are all kinds of no-shows, i.e. early booking or early departure without check-out before 12 pm. In case of abuse, the contract can be terminated immediately without consultation and any costs incurred can be claimed.

The Camper Card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

We are testing the product until spring 2024 with a limited number of users and will presumably launch the final product for the 2024 season. The aim is to make pitches available to our users throughout Europe at a flat rate. There is a "fair-use-principle". As a start-up, we do not yet have any experience with annual subscriptions or flat rates and therefore reserve the right to terminate the subscription contracts of "heavy users" after consultation and to refund them proportionally if the offer is so overused among all subscribers that an economic emergency arises for parknsleep AG.
