You can withdraw your Cash Funds anytime once all withdrawal requirements are met. Withdrawals are available via:
Debit Card (Instant): Available only if the debit card has been used for at least one successful deposit. Some card issuers may block direct transfers from third parties, which can disable this option.
ACH (e-check) transfer: Requires linking your bank account. Depending on your account, you may only see the option to link your bank. This method is always available and reliable.
Unsupported Methods: Withdrawals to PayPal, Venmo, or similar services are not supported.
Processing time is typically 1-3 business days after submission and approval for ACH transfers. Debit Card withdrawals may be processed instantly, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Withdrawal Requirements
To request a withdrawal, you must:
Have a minimum balance of $10.
Have made at least one deposit and are fully verified.
Fulfill the Deposit Playthrough Requirement:
You must play through all of your deposited funds before you can withdraw.
Example: If you deposit $10, you must enter $10 worth of Cash entries before becoming eligible to withdraw.
Important: Whenever you make a new deposit, that deposit amount is added to your Playthrough requirement.
Please note that Promo Funds and Free Entries do not count toward playthrough.

Withdrawal Process
Go to the Withdraw page and submit your request.
Once approved, click the green check mark/Approved button next to your request.
Select your preferred payout method and enter your bank details if required.
Important Notes
Your Debit Card on file may not always be eligible for withdrawals. This may occur if your card issuer blocks direct transfers from third parties. If a Debit Card isn’t available, an ACH transfer is always an option.
In some cases, withdrawals are processed back to your original payment method first (e.g., the card used to deposit within the last 90 days).
If you deposited with a prepaid or gift card, withdrawals may be returned to that same card during processing.
Withdrawals to PayPal, Venmo, or similar services are not supported.
You cannot bypass the withdrawal method to send funds to a card without a linked bank account. If ACH is your only option, link your bank account through the bank search when completing your withdrawal.
