Reporting Module Features
The Reporting module offers powerful tools to capture and analyze key business metrics, including:
Hit Rate: Track the success rate of converting quotes to orders.
Hit rate is the % of Quotes Won over Quotes Created
Win Rate: Track the total revenue of converted quotes to orders.
Win rate is the $ of Total $ within Quotes Won over Total $ Quotes Created
Total $ Won: Analyze the total amount of quotes marked WON.
Total $ Quoted: Analyze the smallest total value within the quotes created or the total value of quotes marked WON.
Projects Created: View and track the number and statuses of projects.
Quotes and Submittals/O&Ms: Analyze quotes and submittals/O&M packages created by user, customer, and branch location.
