Project Notes Are Back!- In addition to the new Project Comments in the sidebar of your Project Details and Opportunity Details screens, youâll now see your open Notes field as soon as you enter your Project Containerâmaking it easy to manage all your project notes just like before.
Duplicate Opportunities- With a single click, you can now duplicate opportunitiesâmaking it easy to track your initial bid quotes and rebid quotes in separate opportunities. This helps prevent duplicate document creation and reduces confusion. You can also use the duplication feature to carry over BOMs for the same customer from one opportunity to another.
Move BOMs from one Opportunity to Another- Easily move any existing BOMs from one Opportunity to new Opportunities within your Project Container, giving you cleaner organization by scope or project phase.
Project Name Visible in Chrome Tab- Now, as you hop through your Parspec tabs, your Project Name stays front and center whenever you open a Project or BOMâso you always know exactly where you are.
Introducing the Quote Office Copy- You can now download the your quote as an Internal PDF file, giving your team a concise, shareable snapshot of BOM margins, profit, and other key metrics.
