1.Open the Stamp

  1. From the annotation screen, click the rubber stamp icon in the toolbar.

  2. Click the dropdown to view the stamp library — a set of general stamps is already available for immediate use.

  3. To create your own, click Create New Stamp.

2.Customize the Stamp

  1. Type the text you want to display on the stamp (e.g. "RFI", "Approved", "Substitution").

  2. Customize the appearance:

    • Font — choose your preferred typeface and size.

    • Text color — adjust to match your branding or flag type.

    • Background color — set a fill color to make the stamp stand out.

  3. Click Create to save the stamp.

3. Place & Resize the Stamp

  1. Click on the datasheet to place the stamp where you want it.

  2. Drag to reposition or use the resize handles to adjust the size.

Tip: Your custom stamp is automatically saved to the stamp library in alphabetical order — it will be available for every future project without needing to recreate it.
