The Reporting module tracks the following key business metrics:

Hit Rate | % of Quotes Won over total Quotes Created |
Win Rate | $ value of Quotes Won over total $ value of Quotes Created |
Total $ Won | Total value of all quotes marked Won |
Total $ Quoted | Total value of quotes created or marked Won |
Projects Created | Number and status of projects across your account |
Quotes & Submittals/O&Ms | Volume of quotes and documents created, broken down by user, customer, and branch location |

The Reporting module is available to Admin users on selected Parspec accounts during the Beta period. The full commercial launch date is to be confirmed — the team will keep you posted as it approaches.

Tip: Use Hit Rate and Win Rate together to get a complete picture of your team's quoting performance — Hit Rate shows volume conversion, while Win Rate reflects revenue impact.
